Short version: we don't ship anything, because we don't sell anything. Here's who actually handles it, and where to look for the real details.
American Wellness Daily is an independent editorial and reporting site. We research and write reports on wellness supplements and gadgets, but we do not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship any physical product ourselves. When a report includes a link to buy something, that link takes you to Amazon or another authorized third-party retailer, and any purchase you complete there is a transaction between you and that retailer — not with us.
Shipping speed, cost, carrier choice, order tracking, and delivery timelines are all set and managed entirely by the retailer you purchase from (most often Amazon), under that retailer's own shipping terms. Those terms can vary by product, by your location, and by the shipping option you choose at checkout — we don't have visibility into or control over any of it, and we don't receive a copy of your order or shipping information from the retailer.
Before buying, the product listing itself on the retailer's site will show current shipping cost and estimated delivery window for your address — that's the only place this information is accurate and current, since it can change with inventory, location, and season. If you've already ordered, tracking information is available directly through your account on the retailer's site (for example, Amazon's own Order History and tracking tools).
Because we're not the seller, we're not able to intervene in a shipping delay, a lost package, or a damaged delivery. Contact the retailer's own customer service directly — Amazon in particular has well-established buyer-protection processes for exactly this kind of issue. If you're not sure who to contact, check the order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase; it will identify the actual seller of record.
If you have a question specifically about something we wrote in a report — not about an actual order — reach us at [email protected].
